The municipality is responsible in providing quality services to its residents while ensuring responsible and sound financial decision-making for the benefit of all.  The budget ensures the funding for all municipal services, except for wastewater that is paid directly by sewer accounts users. The budget is a financial plan that allows Five Rivers to manage and balance its expected revenues and expenses.
