The scarecrow contest will be held at Bonar Law Common (31 Bonar Law Ave, Rexton) on Sunday, October 5 from 1pm-3pm. Scarecrow frame, straw and twine will be provided for the participants.

Participants are asked to bring:
• Clothes for your scarecrow (shirt, pants, dress, or overalls)
• Boots or shoes
• A hat (straw hat, ball cap, or something creative!)
• Any extra decorations you’d like – scarves, gloves, jewelry, glasses, paint, fabric, or props to give your scarecrow personality!

All scarecrows will be posted on our Facebook page — and YOU get to help pick the winners! ✨

Two prizes will be awarded:
• Most Creative Scarecrow (judged on-site)
• Most Popular Scarecrow (by Facebook likes)

After the contest, all scarecrows will be placed throughout town to spread autumn cheer!
