Five Rivers Welcomes New Multi-Unit Housing Development to Industrial Park

Five Rivers is pleased to announce the sale of an 8.75 acre municipal property in our Industrial Park to one of the most top real estate developers in New Brunswick.

724007 NB Limited, led by Gold Seal Professional Jesse Tucker, specializes in developing multi-family housing projects that provide high-quality, safe, and affordable housing for urban and rural communities.

In the past two years, they have built and brought-to-market more than 140 units of housing in the Miramichi area, and are currently converting a former middle school to residential housing for the Town of Woodstock.
 
The success of 724007 NB Limited can be attributed to many factors, including their close collaboration with the Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation (CMHC) and the Government of New Brunswick as well as their strong partnerships with local municipalities.

In Five Rivers, 724007 NB Limited has plans to construct two 21-unit apartment buildings, for a total of 42 new dwelling units, with the potential to add 60 more in phase 2.

Site work has already started, and construction will begin this fall, with the apartments expected to come on-line in the spring and summer of 2027.
