Apply to Present to Council
Under section 3.14 of By Law A.01, a member of the public may submit a request to address council.
You can use this form to submit your request to present.
As per By-Law A.01, please note the following:
- Instead of using this form, you can also send your request via email: admin@5-rivers.ca.
- Your request must be received by the clerk at least 8 days before the start date of the council meeting.
- Presenters have up to 10 minutes to address council during the meeting.
- Council has the right to refuse any presentation.
